Submitting the form sends an appointment request. Your appointment is confirmed only after you receive my confirmation message.

Please arrange legal parking as close to your home as possible, either on your driveway or on the street. It must be available for the whole visit, including setting up and packing away the equipment.

Please share any parking restrictions, permits, stairs or access instructions before the appointment.

Please prepare a warm, private room with enough clear floor space for the massage table and for me to move comfortably around it.

Please have two large bath towels and one small towel ready, all clean. I bring the massage table and a disposable paper cover for the table.

If you have a preferred oil suitable for massage, we can use it. Otherwise, I use the massage oil I bring. Please tell me about any relevant allergies before your visit.

You can pay by cash or bank transfer.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice by WhatsApp or email. If something unexpected happens, contact me as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

No. Mobile Massage Care does not offer prenatal massage or massage during pregnancy.

Please postpone your appointment if you have a fever or a contagious illness. If you have a known or suspected blood clot, do not proceed with massage and seek medical advice.

Please contact me before booking if you have open wounds, burns, an active skin infection, a recent injury or an unhealed fracture. Affected areas will not be massaged, and your appointment may need to be adapted or postponed.

Please tell me about any medical conditions, including high blood pressure, heart conditions, osteoporosis, diabetes or reduced sensation, cancer treatment, and any recent surgery or injury.

Please also mention medicines, particularly blood thinners, implanted medical devices, allergies or a tendency to bruise easily. Treatment may need to be adapted, postponed or discussed with your healthcare professional.

If your blood pressure or another medical condition is uncontrolled or unstable, please obtain medical advice before booking. Massage does not replace medical care.

Temporary skin redness or muscle tenderness can occur after massage. Bruising can also occur, particularly with firmer techniques or when you are more prone to bruising. It is not a goal of treatment or a sign that massage has been more effective.

Please tell me immediately if the pressure feels painful or uncomfortable so I can adjust or stop. Seek medical advice if you develop severe or worsening pain, significant swelling, or extensive or unexplained bruising.
