Who is responsible: Mobile Massage Care is responsible for the personal information collected through this form. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email therapymassage@mobilemassagecare.co.uk.

What we collect and why: We use your name, contact details, address, postcode, selected massage and preferred date and time to respond to your request and arrange a visit. Your contact preference tells us whether to reply by email or WhatsApp. Age, pain descriptions and additional health or allergy details are optional. Health answers and any details you choose to provide help us assess whether massage is suitable and discuss appropriate precautions.

Our legal basis: We use booking and contact details to take steps at your request before providing a service. We use any health information you choose to provide with your explicit consent. Essential technical information may be processed for our legitimate interests in keeping the website secure. We handle personal information under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as amended.

Required and optional information: Fields marked * are needed to process an online request. You may select “Prefer to discuss directly” for the health and allergy questions and leave all optional details blank. If you prefer not to provide health information online, contact us directly to discuss your request.

Where your request goes: Your completed request is sent to our business email. Our website hosting and email providers process information to operate the website and deliver these messages. WPForms remote entry backups are disabled for this form service. If you choose WhatsApp, we use it to contact you; WhatsApp also processes information under its own privacy terms. You may choose email instead. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing.

How long we keep it: We keep appointment requests and related correspondence only for as long as necessary to respond, provide the service and meet applicable legal or professional record-keeping obligations. We review information and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights: Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to certain uses. You can withdraw your consent to the use of health information by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. We may need to discuss suitability directly before proceeding with a massage. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
